Kevin E. Cichocki, B.S., D.C.  e-mail

Kevin Cichocki founded Lancaster Depew Chiropractic in 1986. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National Chiropractic College and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Canisius College.

Dr. Kevin Cichocki has been a leader in the chiropractic community for many years.  He served on the Board of Directors for the New York State Chiropractic Association for four years. He served as a past President of the local New York State Chiropractic Association for four consecutive years. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer. He also worked as a Delegate for the New York State Chiropractic Association at the State level, involving among other things, implementing insurance equality for chiropractors.  For the first time in New York State, patients with HMO coverage were able to utilize their health insurance coverage for chiropractic benefits.

He is also one of the first chiropractors in New York State to serve as a Board member of a major hospital.  In 1999, Dr. Cichocki was appointed to the Board of Managers at Erie County Medical Center.  Along with other board members, he is responsible for oversight of hospital operations.  He is responsible for helping to create an integrated environment between the chiropractic and medical communities within a hospital setting.  He played a major role in developing one of the first hospital based chiropractic clinics in the nation, with chiropractic having it's own distinct department. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association, The Foundation of Chiropractic Education and Research and the National College of Chiropractic Alumni Association.

Dr. Cichocki lives in Lancaster with his wife and three daughters.

Jason D. Cichocki, B.S., D.C.  e-mail

Dr. Jason Cichocki joined Lancaster Depew Chiropractic in December 1999.  He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.  Dr. Cichocki earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John Fisher College.

Dr. Jason Cichocki is active in his profession.  Presently, he serves as Treasurer and Newsletter Editor for the New York State Chiropractic Association, District 17.  He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association.  Keeping current with his profession, Dr. Cichocki attends continuing education seminars on a regular basis and has hospital privilages at the Erie County Medical Center  (ECMC). Furthermore, he is a memberof the Depew-Lancaster Sertoma Club and is  an active parishioner at St. Mary's On-the-Hill Church located in Lancaster N.Y.  

Born and raised in Buffalo, Dr. Cichocki has deep roots in the local community.  After playing high school and college football and lacrosse, Dr. Cichocki became involved as an Alumni of St. Francis High School. He enjoys treating sports related injuries and has affiliated himself with several local teams.  Dr. Jason Cichocki his wife and their three children make their home in Western New York.  
 

Peter Guzinski D.C., B.S.  e-mail

Dr. Peter Guzinski joined Lancaster Depew Chiropractic in July of 2004.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.

For the past eight years, Dr. Guzinski worked in a practice located in Buffalo.  He previously served as Treasurer and House Chairman within New York State Chiropractic Association District 17.
Dr. Guzinski was one of the first chiropractors in New York State to provide chiropractic services in hospitals including Sheehan Memorial Hospital and ECMC. In addition, Dr. Guzinski is certified in Applied  Kinesiology and has been appointed as a teaching assistant for the certification program.

Dr. Guzinski is currently a member of the New York State Chiropractic Associaion. He has donated his time and services to area athletic events.  When the NCAA Division 1 Men and Women outdoor Track Championships were held in Buffalo, he was a treating chiropractor for the participating athletes. To keep abreast of the latest reasearch and developments within his profession, he attends continuing education seminars.  Dr. Guzinski resides in Buffalo and has been married to his wife Rebecca for nine years.  They are the proud parents of Gabrielle Hope and Peter Crawford.
